A useful list should tell you where each quantity came from—and make it clear when something still needs an answer.
01Start with the current plans.Check the drawing date and include approved revisions.
02Make the assumptions visible.Separate the measured quantity from the waste allowance.
03Resolve the open questions.Confirm missing specifications with the responsible designer.
