How is project size measured?
Total enclosed floor area being serviced, measured to the exterior wall faces, including attached garages and enclosed loft floor area. Decks, porches, basements, extra buildings, and multiple stories require separate scope review.
What is covered—and what needs a separate quote?
The initial package covers plan-specified floor, wall, and roof framing, sheathing, and specified hardware for straightforward single-story wood construction. Foundations, utilities, finishes, local supplier shopping, and additional trades are separately scoped. Incomplete plans and complex designs need an individual assessment.
What happens if my plans change?
The quote is tied to one agreed plan revision. New revisions and added work receive a separate quote before work starts. Corrections to our own errors are free. The included clarification round is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
